Melkizedeq OT/NT Passover Guide

Melkizedeq OT/NT Passover Guide
*
Mat 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of Yah, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you
*
We have all heard this, But do not normally perceive this as a Melkizedeq statement – Yet in Hebrew, Kingdom is Malkuth, Yah is the Melek/King, Righteousness is His Zedeq – Melkizedeq – Add to this the fact that Yahshua (stating this) is our Melkizedeq High Priest
*
Torah is the Anchor – the Nevi’im (“Prophets”) or the Ketuvim (“Writings”) of the TaNaK along with the New Testament – Must agree with the Torah (Isa.8:20) and cannot be used to wrench Torah to another conclusion (Jn.7:16) – The Bible reports; Truth and the partial to non-performance of it – Hide, Hair, Warts and all. Its not about perfect people keeping or even doing things ‘perfectly’ let alone correctly or consistently. Example Passover (Days of UnlBrd; The count to Shavout and even Shavuot itself, etc.) Only YHWH and His Son Yahshua are ‘perfect’. We must follow their example by the ‘Ruach’/ Set-Apart Spirit.
*
Lev 23:5 In the fourteenth day of the first month at even (beginning) is YHWH’s Passover.
*
Ex.12:5 Your lamb shall be without blemish, a male of the first year: ye shall take it out from the sheep, or from the goats :6 And ye shall keep it (alive) up *until* (not inclusive of) the fourteenth day of the same month: and the whole assembly of the congregation of Israel shall kill it in the *evening* [beginning (going to night) of the 14th]. The following is Error! “[afternoon (3pm?) of the 14th – Error Belief]” By Ex.12:29; this is 15hrs too late!
*
Ex.12:29 And it came to pass, that at *midnight* (Abib 14 – Ex.12:6; 12; 14) YHWH smote all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, from the firstborn of Pharaoh that sat on his throne unto the firstborn of the captive that was in the dungeon; and all the firstborn of cattle.
*
Simple – Where’d they get the Blood? – Itemize the Events to *midnight* – To be Passed Over!!! – Leave nothing till Morning (the Same Abib 14) – Working backwards to the very beginning of Abib 14 – Eat the Lamb, Apply the Blood, Roast the Lamb (by fire), Catch the Blood, Kill the Lamb, Bring the Lamb; at the beginning ‘even’/ even-ing of Abib 14; some 6 to 6+ hours before Midnight of the same Abib 14th. **It’s not rocket science folks!**
*
Then after morning still in their homes (still the 14th) – They get the command to leave (still the 14th) – They gather their belongings (still the 14th) – They loot the Egyptians into the afternoon (still the 14th) – They assemble by Tribes, Clans & Families towards Sunset ‘even’ (still the 14th) – Then they leave as the Sun is going down (Sundown) the beginning ‘even’ing now Abib 15th; just like Torah says! (Ex.12:42; 13:3-4, Num.33:3 / Dt.16:1)
*
Ex.12:18 In the first month, on the fourteenth day of the month at even (beginning), ye shall eat UnlBrd, until the one and twentieth day of the month at even (ending). – (8 days)
*
Lev.23:5 = Ex.12:14 – ‘Day’ – vs – Lev.23:6 = Ex.12:15 – *Days* – too simple; 1+7=8
14th Passover ‘1 Day’ vs UnlBrd 7 Days – *15, 16, 17, 18 ,19, 20, *21 – as per Ex.12:18
*
Note; there are 2 evens/even-ings for each day – 1 beginning – 1 ending; ‘between the evens’ 1 ends/ 1 starts as Beyn Ha’Arbayim would suggest like the boxcar couplings of a train. See – https://torahwithoutrabbinics.wordpress.com/2013/03/29/beyn-haarbayim/
*
Lev.23:5; Passover Abib 14 is Not a Shabbat/Sabbath – by v:6 Abib 15, 1st day of UnlBrd is. And the last day (the 21st) of this 7 day Mow`ed/Feast is – Totaling 8 Full Days – 1+7.
*
And don’t forget – Not for Israel only! – Ex.12:38 And a mixed multitude
*
Ex.12:41 And it came to pass at the end of the four hundred and thirty years, even the selfsame day – ?; Gen.15:13, 16 in the 4th Generation on the selfsame day? On Abib 14 ?
************
*
This is the only Melkizedeq Passover in the Torah before Israel Broke the Melkizedeq Cov’t (Ex.32) and was thrust under the Levitical Priesthood Num.3:12.
*
This is the only Melkizedeq Passover in the Bible save Yahshua haMashiach / the Messiah the Melkizedeq High Priest administering His last Passover Meal before His Sacrificial crucifixion Passover Death that same Abib 14 afternoon.
*
Note – The only Melkizedeq Passover in the Torah; Only had; Lamb, UnlBrd & Bitter Herbs (Ex.12:8). We can only assume an Un-Fermented Drink; Water to Juice ??? – Even Milk! (Gen.18:8) – Not specified in Torah.
See – https://torahwithoutrabbinics.wordpress.com/2014/02/02/to-you-who-say/
*
It is of note that the Famed ‘Gamaliel’ (Shaul/Paul’s mentor) states in the Mishnah (Mishnah Pesachim 10:5 & 116 a/b & 117a); – “Whoever has not said (explained) these 3 things (Ex.12:8) at Passover has not fulfilled his obligation” – http://www.mesora.org/Passover5766.htm – So by Gamaliel (& Torah) – I have done so – Yet; Gamaliel did not mention (itself a travesty) the Monumental Melkizedeq link to Passover from Torah.
*
The Israelites of Ex.12 did Not have any of the Modern additions – No; Eggs, Candy, 4 Questions, 4 reactions, 4 ‘cups’, ‘Maggid’, Dayenu Song, Korech, Charoset, Afikomen, Nice Seder Plates, Wine Glasses, Ornate Flatware, etc. or Elijah’s place or; Even the ancient Melkizedeq ‘Bread & Wine’ (Gen.14:18) or the equally ancient Melkizedeq Footwashing (Gen.18:4) – Added (ie Included) by Yahshua at His last Passover.
*
Torah at Ex.12:26-28, Does command we teach our children the significance & meaning of Passover. But not in the way the Rabbis try to say in the Talmud concerning the ‘wise, wicked, simple & ignorant’ child.
*
Also Torah only knows Abib/Aviv as the name of the 1st month – Nisan is the bare-breasted pagan fertility goddess name adopted by the Jews during their 70yr Babylonian Captivity.
*
NT/NC Opening
*
Lk.22:7 “Then came the day (not days) of unleavened bread, when the passover must be killed.” The confusion comes from Ex.12:18 (to eat the Passover! – Mat.26:17, Mar.14:12)
*
Some argue “it’s the same UnlBrd meal” – ??? No! It is Not! Passover is the only meal with Lamb! And any Lamb leftover was to be burned that 14th Morning – Ex.12:10 – Remember?
*
Some argue the Greek ‘artos’ only means ‘leavened bread’ – They need to study the Greek Septuagint; for they will find that ‘artos’ can also mean ‘UN-leavened bread’.
See – https://torahwithoutrabbinics.wordpress.com/2014/03/10/artos-ie-bread/
*
Jn.13:1 Now before (Minutes/an Hour …?) the feast of the passover, **when Yahshua knew that his hour was come** … He did die that same Abib 14 day (afternoon) of that evening that began the 24hr evening to evening Genesis ‘Day’ that of Abib 14th Passover.
*
Some insist that He died at 3pm the 14th (Probably true enough) “Precisely” (Oo0o) when the “High Priest” (who had torn his robe and defiled himself – Mat.26:65, Mk.14:63 – So as to not be fit to officiate anything this Passover) said about the temple lamb slaughter ready for an Abib 15 passover meal (a breach of Torah) – ‘it is finished’ (might be true enough as well) – The problem is; there is no command or instruction to do so from Torah. And that’s the point; Torah had not been and was not completely followed by the ruling religious Jews (Mat.23:2-3)! And such is it still today; most Messianics (and even some Christians) still following (at certain points) the wayward notions and enactments of the Jews.
*
So; this opens the distinct prospect that even at the moment of Yahshua’s Death – He was mocking (in the sense of mimic) what became the Torah wayward Religion of the Jews as He had thru out His entire life; starting with the turning of water into wine 1st miracle.
Hint – the ‘Jars’ He used were purification jars – to be pure without the hint of ‘wine’.
*
The point is and always has been adherence to Torah. Yahshua precisely followed YHWH’s Torah, including Passover; including His Last Passover as per Torah & the NT/NC state.
*

Sent to Prepare Passover
*
Lk.22:8 he sent Peter and John, saying, *Go and prepare us the passover*, that we may eat.
Lk.22:10 And he (Yahshua) said unto them, Behold, when ye are entered into the city, there shall a man meet you, bearing a pitcher of water; follow him into the house where he entereth in. (man .. bearing a pitcher of water – an Essene)
Lk.22:11 And ye shall say unto the goodman of the house, The Master saith unto thee, Where is the guestchamber, where *I shall eat the passover* with my disciples?
Lk.22:12 And he shall shew you a large upper room furnished: there *make ready*.
*
(and they *made ready* the Passover) – Mat.26:18-19, Mk.14:13-16, Lk.22:12-13

Seder Order
*
Lk.22:13 And they went, and found as he had said unto them: and *they made ready the passover*.
Lk.22:14 And when the hour (in the beginning evening) was come, he sat down, and the twelve apostles with him. (Mat 26:20, Mk.14:17)

Betrayed
*
Lk.22:21 But, behold, the hand of him that betrayeth me (is one of the twelve) is with me on the table.
Lk.22:22 And truly the Son of man goeth, as it was determined: but woe unto that man by whom he is betrayed! -(Mat 26:21-23, Mk.14:18-21)
*
Jn.13:2 And *supper being ended, the devil having now put into the heart of Judas
*
G1173 – δεῖπνον – deipnon / dipe’-non; From the same as G1160; dinner, that is, the chief meal (usually in the evening {that begins the Gen. day}): – *feast, supper.

Judas Iscariot, Simon’s son, to betray him;
*
**Jn.13:18 I speak not of you all: I know whom I have chosen: but that the scripture may be fulfilled, He that eateth bread with me hath lifted up his heel against me. (Gen.3:15)
*
**Jn.13:21 When Yahshua had thus said, he was troubled in spirit, and testified, and said, Verily, verily, I say unto you, that one of you shall betray me.
*
Jn.13:27 And after the sop Satan entered into him. Then said Yahshua unto him, What you do, do quickly. (vs – Jn.13:2)

Lk.22:15 And he (*Yahshua the Melkizedeq High Priest* – Ps.110) said unto them, **With desire I have desired to eat this !!Passover!! with you before I suffer:**
**** The Passover meal ****

New Covenant Confirming Meal
*
Mat 26:26 **And as they were eating** (Mk.14:22, Lk.22:15, ), Yahshua took bread, and blessed it, and brake it, and gave it to the disciples, and said, Take, eat; this is my body.
Mat 26:27 And he took the cup, gave thanks, and gave it to them, saying, Drink ye all of it;
Mat 26:28 For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins. (Mat.26:26-28, Mk.14:22-27; Lk 22:17-20/1Cor.11:23-26)
*
This said to be 3rd Cup (ushering in the New ‘Melkizedeq’ Covenant) – Is the Cup of Redemption (Ex.6:6)
*
Caution
*
1Cor.11:27 Wherefore whosoever shall eat this bread, and drink this cup of Messiah, unworthily, shall be guilty of the body and blood of the Master. 28 But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of that bread, and drink of that cup. 29 For he that eat and drink unworthily, eat and drink damnation to himself, not discerning Yahshua’s body.
*
<**Footwashing v>
* v
Jn.13:34 A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another. (1Jn.2:7, 2Jn.1:6 )
Jn.13:35 By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.
*
Mat 26:29 But I say unto you, I will not drink henceforth of this fruit of the vine, until that day when I drink it new with you in my Father’s kingdom. (Mar 14:22-25, Lk.22:16)
*
Mat 26:30 And when they had sung an hymn, they went out into the mount of Olives.
*****************
*
Curious Statement – Lk.22:32 But I (Yahshua) have prayed for thee (Peter v:31), that thy faith fail not: and *when thou art converted*, strengthen thy brethren.
*
This indicates that Peter was Not ‘converted’ even at this Passover & Footwashing (???)
*
Note – *Footwashing
*
Jn.13:4 He riseth from supper, and laid aside his garments; and took a towel, and girded himself.
Jn.13:5 After that he poureth water into a bason, and began to wash the disciples’ feet, and to wipe them with the towel wherewith he was girded.
Jn.13:6 Then cometh he to Simon Peter: and Peter saith unto him, Master, dost thou wash my feet?
Jn.13:7 Yahshua answered and said unto him, What I do thou knowest not now; but thou shalt know hereafter.
Jn.13:8 Peter saith unto him, Thou shalt never wash my feet. Yahshua answered him, If I wash thee not, thou hast no part with me.
Jn.13:9 Simon Peter saith unto him, Master, not my feet only, but also my hands and my head.
*
Jn.13:12 So after he had washed their feet, and had taken his garments, and was set down again, he said unto them, Know ye what I have done to you?
Jn.13:13 Ye call me Master and Adonai: and ye say well; for so I am.
Jn.13:14 If I then, your Sovereign and Master, have washed your feet; ye also ought to wash one another’s feet.
Jn.13:15 For I have given you an example, that ye should do as I have done to you.
Jn.13:16 Verily, verily, I say unto you, The servant is not greater than his master; neither he that is sent greater than he that sent him.
Jn.13:17 If ye know these things, happy are ye if ye do them.
*
Jn.13:18 I speak not of you all: I know whom I have chosen: but that the scripture may be fulfilled, He that eateth bread with me hath lifted up his heel against me. Gen.3:15

After All – Sing Hymn
*
Mat 26:30 And when they had sung an hymn, they went out into the mount of Olives.
Mat 26:31 Then says Yahshua to them, All ye shall be offended because of me this night: for it is written, I will smite the shepherd, and the sheep of the flock shall be scattered abroad.
Mat 26:32 But after I am risen again, I will go before you into Galilee. – Mk.14:26-28
*****************
*
After washing Judas feet?
*
The only proviso I found is – This narrative of John is there But indicates a different order
**Jn.13:10 Yahshua saith to him, He that is washed needeth not save to wash his feet, but is clean every whit: and ye are clean, but not all.
**Jn.13:11 For he knew who should betray him; therefore said he, Ye are not all clean.
*
Suggests earlier during the meal
*
Jn.13:26 Yahshua answered, he it is, to whom I shall give a sop, when I have dipped it. And when he had dipped the sop, he gave it to Judas Iscariot, the son of Simon.
Jn.13:27 And after the sop Satan entered into him. Then said Yahshua unto him, That thou doest, do quickly.
*
Note – Melkizedeq Footwashing – Added by Yahshua at His last Melkizedeq Passover is not an ‘addition’ but an inclusion of the previously ignored original (Gen.18) – it is Part & Parcel to the inaugurating of the Melkizedeq New Covenant (Jer.31:31-33/Heb.8:8-10) with the Bread and Wine also not an ‘addition’ but an inclusion of itself a previously ignored original (Gen.14). Making Yahshua’s last Passover an ongoing Yearly; the New Covenant Confirming Meal – ‘Do This in Remembrance of Me’. The ‘Mediator’ of the New Covenant.
**************************
By Rev.15:3 We will sing the ‘Song’ of Moses AND the ‘Lamb’ – Both Melkizedeq ‘Mediators’ of their respective Melkizedeq Cov’ts – 1 at Sinai / 1 at Passover on the way to Galgotha.
*
Jn.13:7 Yahshua answered and said unto him (Peter v:6), **What I do thou knowest not now; but thou shalt know hereafter.**
Jn.13:8 Peter saith unto him, Thou shalt never wash my feet. Yahshua answered him, If I wash thee not, thou hast no part with me.
Jn.13:9 Simon Peter saith unto him, Sovereign, not my feet only, but also my hands and my head.
Jn.13:10 Yahshua saith to him, He that is washed needeth not save to wash his feet, but is clean every whit: and ye are clean, but not all.
Jn.13:11 For he knew who should betray him; therefore said he, Ye are not all clean.
Jn.13:12 So after he had washed their feet, and had taken his garments, and was set down again, he said unto them, **Know ye what I have done to you?**
*
**What I do you know not now; but you shall know hereafter.
**Know you what I have done to you?
**For I have given you an example, that you should do as I have done to you
*
We must realize that at no point of all the subsequent Passover celebrations cerebrated by the Jews between Torah to the present; None of them included the ‘Bread & Wine’ of Gen.14 or ‘Footwashing’ of Gen.18 – Altho Christian and Messianic Passover observances can include the ‘Bread & Wine’ and/or ‘Footwashing’ because they are recounted in the NT – But – whatever they include or realize – They have no inclining of the Melkizedeq significance.
*
They (just like ‘we’) could have known – Had they remembered Gen.18 – Had they simply remembered Gen.18 is under the Melkizedeq Priesthood. It is evident that Peter was at some point ‘converted’ and did / reflected to make that connection (along with the Melkizedeq significance of Gen.14) – Read Ex.19:5-6 compared to 1Ptr.2:9; ‘Royal/Kingly – Melek Priesthood’. And Paul did too – Read Heb.7:12 ‘change of the Priesthood’ ie The reversion back to the Original Melkizedeq Priesthood before the Covenant Transgression of Ex.32.
*
Yahshua makes it clear to Peter (and to us) that we have ‘No Part’ of this Saviour – Son of YHWH – Yahshua the Melkizedeq High Priest – Covenant Go’el Kinsmen (Family) Redeemer – Spotless Sin Sacrifice Lamb of the Most High Melek; Yahwah unless/until we submit & participate in this Melkizedeq Passover on Passover according to Torah Abib 14 & the Melkizedeq Passover ‘Footwashing’ of Gen.18. – “You have ‘No Part’ of Me” – Remember?
Note! This includes the ‘Bread & Wine’ (Gen.14) ‘Body & Blood’ ratifying the New Covenant ie Salvation itself!.
*
The only way we have any part of the Melkizedeq Priesthood of Yahshua haMeshiach – Son of the Most High YHWH – the Melkizedeq High Priest & Covenant Go`el Kinsmen Redeemer, the ‘Melek’ King of YHWH’s ‘Zedeq’ Righteousness (just like Peter) it becomes clear is thru this New Covenant Passover ‘Footwashing’ connecting thru Passover as laid out by Lev.23:5 and that laid out by Passover Ex.12 – back to the ‘Oath’ of Gen.12 and that thru the ‘Bread & Wine’; *meal* of Gen.14 and the Gen.15 Covenant and its Covenant Confirming Meal of Gen.18. And the fact that Abraham did prophesy (Gen.22) that YHWH would provide for Himself a Lamb; that included ‘Footwashing’ tying it (and more) all together. Hallelu-Yah!
*
Yahshua had to exactly fulfill everything to the smallest detail (YHWH’s Laws not Man’s remix) to be that spotless Lamb of/for YHWH; From Torah thru the New Testament (Jn.7:16) – To be that perfect Passover, All in All; Once for All; Spotless Sin Sacrifice – Melkizedeq Covenant Go`el Kinsmen Redeemer. Bringing Forward, Installing, Blood Ratifying and Confirming the Jer.31 New Covenant; at Passover. Blessed be the Name of Yahwah thru Yahshua the Melkizedeq High Priest among us (1Ptr.2:9) – May it be So – Amein

*
PS – You may want to copy and send this to errant teachers
*
It has come to my attention that you teach the error that Yahshua’s Passover was not a Passover even in the face of NT evidence supporting the evidence of Torah.
*
Simple do a timeline of all the factors of Ex.12 (the only Melkizedeq Passover in Torah) and compare them with the NT accounts and direct verbiage that Yahshua kept Passover according to Torah (the only Melkizedeq Passover in the NT).
*
So you have it, here’s mine – “Ex.12:29 And it came to pass, that at *midnight* (Abib 14 – Ex.12:6; 12; 14) YHWH smote all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, from the firstborn of Pharaoh that sat on his throne unto the firstborn of the captive that was in the dungeon; and all the firstborn of cattle.
**It’s not rocket science!**
(Ex.12:42; 13:3-4, Num.33:3 / Dt.16:1)”
*
Then itemize Yahshua’s last ‘meal’ (Passover – Mt.26, Mk.14, Lk.22, Jn.13, 1Cr.) according to your Ex.12 model – Agreeing that Yahshua had to fulfill YHWH’s Torah not man’s version of it.

    • You are so wrong – You are thinking backwards, upside down and inside out – Even going directly against plain text to do it. Thinking you know more than the Torah & the NT? This is exactly what errant Pastors & Rabbis do

  1. Question, Question , Question, please reply, please explain to me the 13 month leap year, of Adar II. There are a lot of folks saying that Pasach will be in April 22, I’ve started celebrating Pasaj on March 24 evening and will end March 31st on the evening. This question of a suppose leap year with 13 months is not clear to me. Question When is Pasach????? and I’m I wrong celebrating it on March 24, (14th of Adar II, 5776)

    • The 13 month leap year, of Adar II has to do with the ripeness of the barley harvest – Those that ignore this usually going by Solar or Equinox also seem to ignore Gen.1:14 – the “Sun, Moon and Stars” not just a Sunth

Harvestable barely is needed for grinding otherwise it would be mush – Loaves must be baked for the ‘Wave Sheaf’ Feast of 1st Fruits start count to Shavuot

As I am not there I also must rely on others – Be Blessed

      Hope this helps

  2. 1 John 2:21 (NKJV)
21 I have not written to you because you do not know the truth, but because you know it, and that no lie is of the truth.

Under the Letter of the law, Yah commanded unleavened bread be eaten for seven days, and Yah did not command unleavened bread be eaten for eight days. (Exodus 12:15, Exodus 13:6; Deuteronomy 16:3) Yahshua obeyed the Spirit and the Letter of the law, combined, “perfectly”. (The “interpretation” that you propose eliminates Yahshua’s “perfect” obedience to the Letter of the law (James 2:10), (including eliminating Moses’ and the Congregation of Israel’s perspective of obeying the Letter of the law “perfectly” on Earth, when walking with Yah during this “appointed time” in the wilderness – (Numbers 9:3)), and breaks the Scripture by the Letter of the law on Earth before Yahshua was even born. Yahshua taught while living on the Earth, that Scripture could not be broken (John 10:35) (Exodus 12:6,15,19.) By the Letter of the law, the number of days leaven was not found in the houses = the number of days that unleavened bread was commanded by Yah to be eaten. (i.e. 7=7; not 8=8) Scripture cannot be broken.)

Ex.12:18 In the first month, on the fourteenth day of the month at even, ye shall eat unleavened bread, until the one and twentieth day of the month at even. – (8 days) <<< interpretation error

Note there are 2 evens/even-ings for each day -1 ending – 1 beginning; as Beyn Ha’Arbayim would suggest
    See – https://torahwithoutrabbinics.wordpress.com/2013/03/29/beyn-haarbayim/

Interpreting "beyn ha'arbayim' from a Letter of the law "only" perspective (beginning of the fourteenth day at "beyn ha'arbayim" – sunset to sunset reckoning on Earth, from Jewish man's perspective "only") eliminates Yah's and Yahshua's Perspectives of the law on Earth (Spirit of the law "only" Perspective – end of the Biblical fourteenth calendar day – Yah called the "light" day – which includes all the daylight of the calendar day, all the way through, until the "end of daylight" from Yah's Perspective. Yah's Perspective of the calendar day, by the Spirit of the law, does not end at sunset. Refer to Day 1 of Creation)

The first mention of "ereb" in Holy Scripture is in Genesis 1:5, (interpreted "only" from Yah's Perspective), as man was not created during this time. (i.e. There were not always 2 evens/even-ings for each day, by the Letter of the law, as you imply, just look at Day 1 of Creation – no sunset.) Yah's Perspective of "ereb" (first mention), is always interpreted as "end of daylight", and always ends each Biblical calendar day. To not include Yah's and Yahshua's Perspective for each calendar day in the interpretation of Holy Scripture, (i.e. the "appointed time" of Sacrifice/sacrifice (Exodus 12:6; Leviticus 23:5; Numbers 9:3)), is an eternal heresy. This memorial day observance was mandated by Yah from His Perspective only, and was never to be mandated by mortal man, by mortal man's perspective only. The Spirit of the law (Yah's Perspective of the law) is never abolished. Moses' and the Congregation of Israel's witness to this Scriptural fact is true. (Yah's Perspective of "ereb" (first mention), is always interpreted as "end of daylight")

Moses and the Congregation of Israel, always acknowledged Yah's Perspective of "ereb", when they "visually" witnessed Yah's supernatural light go on, beginning from "ereb" (end of daylight), and lasting until "morning". (the appearance of fire by 'night') (Exodus 40:38) (Numbers 9:16,16) Only Yah had control of the supernatural light switch, not man.

In summary, "beyn ha'arbayim" is always interpreted "only" from the Spirit of the law, Yah's Perspective "only". Always has been, and always will be. (i.e. "visually" seen in the Key of David, and also correctly translated in the Scriptures by the Hebrew linguists as "twilight", "dusk", "between two evenings".) Yahshua is the one and only "perfect" Sacrifice during this "appointed time", one "perfect" Sacrifice for sins forever. Messiah died according to the Scriptures, was buried, and rose again according to the Scriptures. Messiah did not die according to the "oral tradition(s) of men", "commandments of men" that "nullify" the word of God. This is not a good time to be bearing false witness against the faithful in Messiah, nor is it a good time to be bearing false witness against the doctrine of Messiah. (i.e. All of Messiah's Resurrection prophesies fulfilled "verbatim"!) Messiah spoke as He meant, and Messiah meant what He spoke) Scripture cannot be broken. (John 10:35)

The "Key of David" is 100% Holy Spirit "inspired", and "visually" shows how all Biblical perspectives can come to the Cross of Yahshua without breaking the Scriptures, without despising prophesies, and without quenching the Holy Spirit. I welcome any debate with you regarding the "Key of David", as it is "visually" displayed in the "Twilight Report" on my website.

"beyn ha'arbayim" is always interpreted from the Spirit of the law "only", Yah's Perspective "only", always.

    1 Thessalonians 5:19-21 (NKJV)
19 Do not quench the Spirit. 20 Do not despise prophecies. 21 Test all things; hold fast what is good.

  3. Sola Gloria Dei! – Great Hebrew ???

Ex.12:18 In the first month, on the fourteenth day of the month at even, ye shall eat unleavened bread, until the one and twentieth day of the month at even. – (8 days) <<< interpretation error

Yes – Yours – Look closer

    • Dr. Perry,

I have already explained that one should only hold onto, that which is good. If it is not good, by Yah’s standard, then don’t hold onto it. (1 Thessalonians 5:21) That doesn’t mean not to accept the Key of David revelation (Isaiah 22:22; Revelation 3:7), as this revelation, “now ‘visually’ seen”, was received by me, (at the Cross of Yahshua) from Yah, and is 100% Holy Spirit “inspired”.

The Holy Scripture in (Exodus 12:18) is not a problem, and is “visually” shown correctly interpreted in the Key of David. By the Letter of the law (Jewish man’s perspective in the Old Testament), “ereb” (sunset), ended the Biblical calendar day in the Old Testament, and it did not begin the calendar day in the Old Testament. (i.e. 7=7 days of the Feast of Unleavened Bread)

If one could please “visually” illustrate one’s interpretation of Holy Scripture, as it specifically pertains to an everlasting ordinance (beyn ha’arbayim), in our historical timeline, (i..e (Exodus 12:6; Leviticus 23:5; Numbers 9:3) (Exodus 12:14,17,24; Mark 14:12), then everyone will know that one’s “private interpretations” specifically regarding “beyn ha’arbayim”, break the Scriptures in many places during the Old Testament times (Letter of the law – (John 10:35) (Exodus 12:15,19) (Leviticus 23:6,7; Numbers 28:17,18 – “on the first day” – only one first day by the Letter of the law in the Old Testament (“fifteenth day”) (Jewish man’s perspective in the Old Testament), not two. (Exodus 12:15,16)), despise many prophesies (Spirit of the law – (Psalm 22:2) (Amos 8:7-10 – “catalyst” for the three hour period of darkness) (All of Yahshua’s “verbatim” Resurrection prophesies), and quench the Holy Spirit. (1 Corinthians 1:10) (Ephesians 4:3)

“Beyn ha’arbayim” in the Old Testament is interpreted by the Spirit of the law, only, always (Yah’s Perspective of the law). “Beyn ha’arbayim” in the New Testament (implied in Mark 14:12) is interpreted by the Spirit of the law, only, always (Yah’s Perspective of the law). “Beyn ha’arbayim” is never to be interpreted by the Letter of the law only, never. One is mistaken if they try, not knowing the Scriptures nor the Power of Yah. “Beyn ha’arbayim” is always interpreted by the Spirit of the law, only, always.

All “private interpretations” of (“ereb”; “opsios”) are the real problem. The Key of David includes only two interpretations for (“ereb”), “sunset”, and “end of daylight” throughout the Scriptures. (One meaning by the Letter of the law, and one meaning by the Spirit of the law -(Genesis 1:5)) In other words, the beginning of dusk, and the end of dusk, including all of the dusk period “between the two evenings”, “beyn ha’arbayim”. (i.e. All private interpretations of (“ereb”; “opsios”) will only obstruct one’s understanding of the Apostle Matthew’s Holy Spirit “inspired” witness in (Matthew 26:20; Matthew 27:57 – “when evening had come” – both accounts of “evening” occurring during the same Biblical calendar day as witnessed by the same one and only Apostle, by the Spirit of the law, and both accounts “inspired” by the one and only Holy Spirit. (“ereb”; “opsios”))

(the appearance of fire by ‘night’) (Exodus 40:38) (Numbers 9:15,16) The appearance of fire in the Old Testament occurred all through the “night” (darkness), and did not occur during “twilight”. Jewish man in the Old Testament had no control when the appearance of fire initiated; only Yah had this Power and control. The only power that Jewish man had at this time was to witness the Almighty Power of Yah initiated by Yah from “ereb”, and lasting to until “morning”.

  4. All Glory to Yah alone! (To please you) – I am not important Yah’s Word is

To speak as you do about ‘the Key of David’ & ‘the Spirit of Prophesy’ you must have an SDA or CoG background which has its own version of ‘remix’

You say ” “Beyn ha’arbayim” is always interpreted by the Spirit of the law, only, always.” Yet you choose to not see what is plainly there. What plainly makes the most sense. What the ancients would have understood merely by looking at what is.

    And you have to disregard direct evidence to do it – Lev.23:5 = Ex.12:14 – Day vs Lev.23:6 = Ex.12:15 – Days

    14 (1 Day) vs 15, 16, 17, 18 ,19, 20, 21 (7 Days) – as per Ex.12:18 too simple

So if you persist – Be happy with your reward – 2Ths.2:10-12

  5. Thank you for this… it was really informative and useful.
I see you are still using the spelling “Yahshua”.
What is your opinion on “Yahusha”?

  6. Dear Dr. Dave, This is my first time to your website as someone sent it to me knowing that I am also trying to teach the separation of traditional accepted teachings from truth and also to rightly divide the Word of truth. I do very much see the difference in the covenant from the Law.
I would like to share with you something also that I would ask you to prayerfully consider. As we progressively find or stumble upon previously accepted beliefs that we haven’t tested, I would ask you to test the evening to evening start of day.
This is something I discovered about 4 years ago and after many confirmations (including two Hebrew linguists and teachers in the faith) I had to abandon that false belief when looked squarely thru the Hebrew and also many other narratives that are very clear that the day starts at the first rays of dawn. Gen 1:5 is where the Father first stopped me to examine my automatic acceptance that I was taught of how the day was created. In the Hebrew, it is clear that a day begins at dawn (He creates during the day – light…- Jn 9:4 – precedent) there is then evening (which is not the same word or meaning as ‘night’) It is simply sundown. Then there is morning the Hebrew word is for sunrise. And that is day one, two, three and so on.
His mercies are new every morning, right? Also, joy comes in the morning. Why? Because it is a new day. There are many story narratives as well.
After 25 + years in fundamental Christianity, I ran fast and hard into the Torah and the many teachings / teachers that were also taught in Rabbinics. For the last 6 years we have been coming out of many of those false teachings as well as we learn to love His Sabbath and Moedim.
We must always stay teachable or we will become one of ‘them.’
Shalom and blessings to you and your ministry.
    Ryan

    • While I appreciate your acceptance – Your point disregards evidence to the opposite – #1 did Yah create night? No it was already there;*1st*. Ex.12 Passover is huge – Passover was at midnite Abib 14; staying in their homes til morning – plundering Egypt – Readying to leave; that’s work; the same Abib 14 not a Sabbath; (TWR search Passover) – The NT accounts of Yahshua’s crucifixion; having to be down before night when Sabbath starts … Etc.

You must fully account for all the Truth – Even from Jews & Rabbi’s

      Shalom

      • Dear Dr. Dave,
I understand what you are saying and with all due respect, the fact that the darkness was there already “which HE called night, doesn’t necessitate the assumption that the day started at that point. He separated the light from darkness and then named them both. At that point He set up a day describing His work during a period of time, and then there was evening = sundown, and then there was morning, sunrise and ended the day. The next one started at that demarcation of the sunrise. I encourage analyzing the Hebrew here.
Passover – The children of Israel were already fully prepared to leave by Abib 15 -morning. The plundering happened days before – Ex 11:2-3. This appears to be a traveling Moedim.
As far as Yahshua being down before the night, there is much more on that subject regarding recorded history. Just as the Jews centered around Jerusalem was much more ingrained in traditional Rabbinic Judaism, it was not that way the farther you distanced from Jerusalem. The gospel of John hints if not reveals the Temple calendar that they were enforcing. John is the only Apostle that uses the phrase “And then there was a feast of the Jews.” The gospel narratives are written from where it happened not necessarily what was from the beginning. Yahshua didn’t come to straighten everyone out on the calendar and other issues. That will come later.
There are many Scholars out there that also argue for a sunrise time of day.
“…In EARLIER TRADITIONS a DAY apparently began at SUNRISE (E.G., Lev. 7:15-17; Judg. 19:4-19)…” I used the first part of this quote earlier. What I did not use follows: “…LATER its beginning was at SUNSET and its end at the FOLLOWING SUNSET…This system BECAME NORMATIVE… and is still observed in JEWISH TRADITION, where for example , the Sabbath begins on Friday evening at Sunset and ends Saturday at Sunset…” (Oxford Companion To The Bible, p. 744).

My attempt here is not to try and win an argument, just trying to encourage thinking outside the box… where true objectivity can be found.
If Rabbi’s are a source, shouldn’t their teachings also be tested? Especially when you find their teachings are ‘Rabbinical.’
        Thank you for your time.

  7. Hmmm “many Scholars” or YHWH?

You sidestep several issues and come up with this?

You cookie-cut Ex.11:2-3 and forget Ex.11:1, 4-6 ??? Is there a reason for this? Could it be prior instruction? It hadn’t happened yet!!! – which doesn’t make your point!

@”Passover – The children of Israel were already fully prepared to leave by Abib 15 -morning.”

And that verse is? – I’ll show you mine.

Dt.16:1 Observe the month of Abib, and keep the passover unto YHWH thy Elohim: for in the month of Abib YHWH thy Elohim brought thee forth out of Egypt by *night*.

‘Rabbinical’ their teachings are a mix of errors, lies and Truth!

You have to use discernment as with any projection – Even yours.

    Shalom
