Melkizedeq OT/NT Passover Guide

Melkizedeq OT/NT Passover Guide
*
Mat 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of Yah, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you
*
We have all heard this, But do not normally perceive this as a Melkizedeq statement – Yet in Hebrew, Kingdom is Malkuth, Yah is the Melek/King, Righteousness is His Zedeq – Melkizedeq – Add to this the fact that Yahshua (stating this) is our Melkizedeq High Priest
*
Torah is the Anchor – the Nevi’im (“Prophets”) or the Ketuvim (“Writings”) of the TaNaK along with the New Testament – Must agree with the Torah (Isa.8:20) and cannot be used to wrench Torah to another conclusion (Jn.7:16) – The Bible reports; Truth and the partial to non-performance of it – Hide, Hair, Warts and all. Its not about perfect people keeping or even doing things ‘perfectly’ let alone correctly or consistently. Example Passover (Days of UnlBrd; The count to Shavout and even Shavuot itself, etc.) Only YHWH and His Son Yahshua are ‘perfect’. We must follow their example by the ‘Ruach’/ Set-Apart Spirit.
*
Lev 23:5 In the fourteenth day of the first month at even (beginning) is YHWH’s Passover.
*
Ex.12:5 Your lamb shall be without blemish, a male of the first year: ye shall take it out from the sheep, or from the goats :6 And ye shall keep it (alive) up *until* (not inclusive of) the fourteenth day of the same month: and the whole assembly of the congregation of Israel shall kill it in the *evening* [beginning (going to night) of the 14th]. The following is Error! “[afternoon (3pm?) of the 14th – Error Belief]” By Ex.12:29; this is 15hrs too late!
*
Ex.12:29 And it came to pass, that at *midnight* (Abib 14 – Ex.12:6; 12; 14) YHWH smote all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, from the firstborn of Pharaoh that sat on his throne unto the firstborn of the captive that was in the dungeon; and all the firstborn of cattle.
*
Simple – Where’d they get the Blood? – Itemize the Events to *midnight* – To be Passed Over!!! – Leave nothing till Morning (the Same Abib 14) – Working backwards to the very beginning of Abib 14 – Eat the Lamb, Apply the Blood, Roast the Lamb (by fire), Catch the Blood, Kill the Lamb, Bring the Lamb; at the beginning ‘even’/ even-ing of Abib 14; some 6 to 6+ hours before Midnight of the same Abib 14th. **It’s not rocket science folks!**
*
Then after morning still in their homes (still the 14th) – They get the command to leave (still the 14th) – They gather their belongings (still the 14th) – They loot the Egyptians into the afternoon (still the 14th) – They assemble by Tribes, Clans & Families towards Sunset ‘even’ (still the 14th) – Then they leave as the Sun is going down (Sundown) the beginning ‘even’ing now Abib 15th; just like Torah says! (Ex.12:42; 13:3-4, Num.33:3 / Dt.16:1)
*
Ex.12:18 In the first month, on the fourteenth day of the month at even (beginning), ye shall eat UnlBrd, until the one and twentieth day of the month at even (ending). – (8 days)
*
Lev.23:5 = Ex.12:14 – ‘Day’ – vs – Lev.23:6 = Ex.12:15 – *Days* – too simple; 1+7=8
14th Passover ‘1 Day’ vs UnlBrd 7 Days – *15, 16, 17, 18 ,19, 20, *21 – as per Ex.12:18
*
Note; there are 2 evens/even-ings for each day – 1 beginning – 1 ending; ‘between the evens’ 1 ends/ 1 starts as Beyn Ha’Arbayim would suggest like the boxcar couplings of a train. See – https://torahwithoutrabbinics.wordpress.com/2013/03/29/beyn-haarbayim/
*
Lev.23:5; Passover Abib 14 is Not a Shabbat/Sabbath – by v:6 Abib 15, 1st day of UnlBrd is. And the last day (the 21st) of this 7 day Mow`ed/Feast is – Totaling 8 Full Days – 1+7.
*
And don’t forget – Not for Israel only! – Ex.12:38 And a mixed multitude
*
Ex.12:41 And it came to pass at the end of the four hundred and thirty years, even the selfsame day – ?; Gen.15:13, 16 in the 4th Generation on the selfsame day? On Abib 14 ?
************
*
This is the only Melkizedeq Passover in the Torah before Israel Broke the Melkizedeq Cov’t (Ex.32) and was thrust under the Levitical Priesthood Num.3:12.
*
This is the only Melkizedeq Passover in the Bible save Yahshua haMashiach / the Messiah the Melkizedeq High Priest administering His last Passover Meal before His Sacrificial crucifixion Passover Death that same Abib 14 afternoon.
*
Note – The only Melkizedeq Passover in the Torah; Only had; Lamb, UnlBrd & Bitter Herbs (Ex.12:8). We can only assume an Un-Fermented Drink; Water to Juice ??? – Even Milk! (Gen.18:8) – Not specified in Torah.
See – https://torahwithoutrabbinics.wordpress.com/2014/02/02/to-you-who-say/
*
It is of note that the Famed ‘Gamaliel’ (Shaul/Paul’s mentor) states in the Mishnah (Mishnah Pesachim 10:5 & 116 a/b & 117a); – “Whoever has not said (explained) these 3 things (Ex.12:8) at Passover has not fulfilled his obligation” – http://www.mesora.org/Passover5766.htm – So by Gamaliel (& Torah) – I have done so – Yet; Gamaliel did not mention (itself a travesty) the Monumental Melkizedeq link to Passover from Torah.
*
The Israelites of Ex.12 did Not have any of the Modern additions – No; Eggs, Candy, 4 Questions, 4 reactions, 4 ‘cups’, ‘Maggid’, Dayenu Song, Korech, Charoset, Afikomen, Nice Seder Plates, Wine Glasses, Ornate Flatware, etc. or Elijah’s place or; Even the ancient Melkizedeq ‘Bread & Wine’ (Gen.14:18) or the equally ancient Melkizedeq Footwashing (Gen.18:4) – Added (ie Included) by Yahshua at His last Passover.
*
Torah at Ex.12:26-28, Does command we teach our children the significance & meaning of Passover. But not in the way the Rabbis try to say in the Talmud concerning the ‘wise, wicked, simple & ignorant’ child.
*
Also Torah only knows Abib/Aviv as the name of the 1st month – Nisan is the bare-breasted pagan fertility goddess name adopted by the Jews during their 70yr Babylonian Captivity.
*
NT/NC Opening
*
Lk.22:7 “Then came the day (not days) of unleavened bread, when the passover must be killed.” The confusion comes from Ex.12:18 (to eat the Passover! – Mat.26:17, Mar.14:12)
*
Some argue “it’s the same UnlBrd meal” – ??? No! It is Not! Passover is the only meal with Lamb! And any Lamb leftover was to be burned that 14th Morning – Ex.12:10 – Remember?
*
Some argue the Greek ‘artos’ only means ‘leavened bread’ – They need to study the Greek Septuagint; for they will find that ‘artos’ can also mean ‘UN-leavened bread’.
See – https://torahwithoutrabbinics.wordpress.com/2014/03/10/artos-ie-bread/
*
Jn.13:1 Now before (Minutes/an Hour …?) the feast of the passover, **when Yahshua knew that his hour was come** … He did die that same Abib 14 day (afternoon) of that evening that began the 24hr evening to evening Genesis ‘Day’ that of Abib 14th Passover.
*
Some insist that He died at 3pm the 14th (Probably true enough) “Precisely” (Oo0o) when the “High Priest” (who had torn his robe and defiled himself – Mat.26:65, Mk.14:63 – So as to not be fit to officiate anything this Passover) said about the temple lamb slaughter ready for an Abib 15 passover meal (a breach of Torah) – ‘it is finished’ (might be true enough as well) – The problem is; there is no command or instruction to do so from Torah. And that’s the point; Torah had not been and was not completely followed by the ruling religious Jews (Mat.23:2-3)! And such is it still today; most Messianics (and even some Christians) still following (at certain points) the wayward notions and enactments of the Jews.
*
So; this opens the distinct prospect that even at the moment of Yahshua’s Death – He was mocking (in the sense of mimic) what became the Torah wayward Religion of the Jews as He had thru out His entire life; starting with the turning of water into wine 1st miracle.
Hint – the ‘Jars’ He used were purification jars – to be pure without the hint of ‘wine’.
*
The point is and always has been adherence to Torah. Yahshua precisely followed YHWH’s Torah, including Passover; including His Last Passover as per Torah & the NT/NC state.
*

Sent to Prepare Passover
*
Lk.22:8 he sent Peter and John, saying, *Go and prepare us the passover*, that we may eat.
Lk.22:10 And he (Yahshua) said unto them, Behold, when ye are entered into the city, there shall a man meet you, bearing a pitcher of water; follow him into the house where he entereth in. (man .. bearing a pitcher of water – an Essene)
Lk.22:11 And ye shall say unto the goodman of the house, The Master saith unto thee, Where is the guestchamber, where *I shall eat the passover* with my disciples?
Lk.22:12 And he shall shew you a large upper room furnished: there *make ready*.
*
(and they *made ready* the Passover) – Mat.26:18-19, Mk.14:13-16, Lk.22:12-13

Seder Order
*
Lk.22:13 And they went, and found as he had said unto them: and *they made ready the passover*.
Lk.22:14 And when the hour (in the beginning evening) was come, he sat down, and the twelve apostles with him. (Mat 26:20, Mk.14:17)
*****************
Betrayed
*
Lk.22:21 But, behold, the hand of him that betrayeth me (is one of the twelve) is with me on the table.
Lk.22:22 And truly the Son of man goeth, as it was determined: but woe unto that man by whom he is betrayed! -(Mat 26:21-23, Mk.14:18-21)
*
Jn.13:2 And *supper being ended, the devil having now put into the heart of Judas
*
G1173 – δεῖπνον – deipnon / dipe’-non; From the same as G1160; dinner, that is, the chief meal (usually in the evening {that begins the Gen. day}): – *feast, supper.
*
Judas Iscariot, Simon’s son, to betray him;
*
**Jn.13:18 I speak not of you all: I know whom I have chosen: but that the scripture may be fulfilled, He that eateth bread with me hath lifted up his heel against me. (Gen.3:15)
*
**Jn.13:21 When Yahshua had thus said, he was troubled in spirit, and testified, and said, Verily, verily, I say unto you, that one of you shall betray me.
*
Jn.13:27 And after the sop Satan entered into him. Then said Yahshua unto him, What you do, do quickly. (vs – Jn.13:2)

After Judas
*
Lk.22:15 And he (*Yahshua the Melkizedeq High Priest* – Ps.110) said unto them, **With desire I have desired to eat this !!Passover!! with you before I suffer:**
**** The Passover meal ****
*
New Covenant Confirming Meal
*
Mat 26:26 **And as they were eating** (Mk.14:22, Lk.22:15, ), Yahshua took bread, and blessed it, and brake it, and gave it to the disciples, and said, Take, eat; this is my body.
Mat 26:27 And he took the cup, gave thanks, and gave it to them, saying, Drink ye all of it;
Mat 26:28 For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins. (Mat.26:26-28, Mk.14:22-27; Lk 22:17-20/1Cor.11:23-26)
*
This said to be 3rd Cup (ushering in the New ‘Melkizedeq’ Covenant) – Is the Cup of Redemption (Ex.6:6)
*
Caution
*
1Cor.11:27 Wherefore whosoever shall eat this bread, and drink this cup of Messiah, unworthily, shall be guilty of the body and blood of the Master. 28 But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of that bread, and drink of that cup. 29 For he that eat and drink unworthily, eat and drink damnation to himself, not discerning Yahshua’s body.
*
<**Footwashing v>
* v
Jn.13:34 A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another. (1Jn.2:7, 2Jn.1:6 )
Jn.13:35 By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.
*
Mat 26:29 But I say unto you, I will not drink henceforth of this fruit of the vine, until that day when I drink it new with you in my Father’s kingdom. (Mar 14:22-25, Lk.22:16)
*
Mat 26:30 And when they had sung an hymn, they went out into the mount of Olives.
*****************
*
Curious Statement – Lk.22:32 But I (Yahshua) have prayed for thee (Peter v:31), that thy faith fail not: and *when thou art converted*, strengthen thy brethren.
*
This indicates that Peter was Not ‘converted’ even at this Passover & Footwashing (???)
*
Note – *Footwashing
*
Jn.13:4 He riseth from supper, and laid aside his garments; and took a towel, and girded himself.
Jn.13:5 After that he poureth water into a bason, and began to wash the disciples’ feet, and to wipe them with the towel wherewith he was girded.
Jn.13:6 Then cometh he to Simon Peter: and Peter saith unto him, Master, dost thou wash my feet?
Jn.13:7 Yahshua answered and said unto him, What I do thou knowest not now; but thou shalt know hereafter.
Jn.13:8 Peter saith unto him, Thou shalt never wash my feet. Yahshua answered him, If I wash thee not, thou hast no part with me.
Jn.13:9 Simon Peter saith unto him, Master, not my feet only, but also my hands and my head.
*
Jn.13:12 So after he had washed their feet, and had taken his garments, and was set down again, he said unto them, Know ye what I have done to you?
Jn.13:13 Ye call me Master and Adonai: and ye say well; for so I am.
Jn.13:14 If I then, your Sovereign and Master, have washed your feet; ye also ought to wash one another’s feet.
Jn.13:15 For I have given you an example, that ye should do as I have done to you.
Jn.13:16 Verily, verily, I say unto you, The servant is not greater than his master; neither he that is sent greater than he that sent him.
Jn.13:17 If ye know these things, happy are ye if ye do them.
*
Jn.13:18 I speak not of you all: I know whom I have chosen: but that the scripture may be fulfilled, He that eateth bread with me hath lifted up his heel against me. Gen.3:15

After All – Sing Hymn
*
Mat 26:30 And when they had sung an hymn, they went out into the mount of Olives.
Mat 26:31 Then says Yahshua to them, All ye shall be offended because of me this night: for it is written, I will smite the shepherd, and the sheep of the flock shall be scattered abroad.
Mat 26:32 But after I am risen again, I will go before you into Galilee. – Mk.14:26-28
*****************
*
After washing Judas feet?
*
The only proviso I found is – This narrative of John is there But indicates a different order
**Jn.13:10 Yahshua saith to him, He that is washed needeth not save to wash his feet, but is clean every whit: and ye are clean, but not all.
**Jn.13:11 For he knew who should betray him; therefore said he, Ye are not all clean.
*
Suggests earlier during the meal
*
Jn.13:26 Yahshua answered, he it is, to whom I shall give a sop, when I have dipped it. And when he had dipped the sop, he gave it to Judas Iscariot, the son of Simon.
Jn.13:27 And after the sop Satan entered into him. Then said Yahshua unto him, That thou doest, do quickly.
*
Note – Melkizedeq Footwashing – Added by Yahshua at His last Melkizedeq Passover is not an ‘addition’ but an inclusion of the previously ignored original (Gen.18) – it is Part & Parcel to the inaugurating of the Melkizedeq New Covenant (Jer.31:31-33/Heb.8:8-10) with the Bread and Wine also not an ‘addition’ but an inclusion of itself a previously ignored original (Gen.14). Making Yahshua’s last Passover an ongoing Yearly; the New Covenant Confirming Meal – ‘Do This in Remembrance of Me’. The ‘Mediator’ of the New Covenant.
**************************
By Rev.15:3 We will sing the ‘Song’ of Moses AND the ‘Lamb’ – Both Melkizedeq ‘Mediators’ of their respective Melkizedeq Cov’ts – 1 at Sinai / 1 at Passover on the way to Galgotha.
*
Jn.13:7 Yahshua answered and said unto him (Peter v:6), **What I do thou knowest not now; but thou shalt know hereafter.**
Jn.13:8 Peter saith unto him, Thou shalt never wash my feet. Yahshua answered him, If I wash thee not, thou hast no part with me.
Jn.13:9 Simon Peter saith unto him, Sovereign, not my feet only, but also my hands and my head.
Jn.13:10 Yahshua saith to him, He that is washed needeth not save to wash his feet, but is clean every whit: and ye are clean, but not all.
Jn.13:11 For he knew who should betray him; therefore said he, Ye are not all clean.
Jn.13:12 So after he had washed their feet, and had taken his garments, and was set down again, he said unto them, **Know ye what I have done to you?**
*
**What I do you know not now; but you shall know hereafter.
**Know you what I have done to you?
**For I have given you an example, that you should do as I have done to you
*
We must realize that at no point of all the subsequent Passover celebrations cerebrated by the Jews between Torah to the present; None of them included the ‘Bread & Wine’ of Gen.14 or ‘Footwashing’ of Gen.18 – Altho Christian and Messianic Passover observances can include the ‘Bread & Wine’ and/or ‘Footwashing’ because they are recounted in the NT – But – whatever they include or realize – They have no inclining of the Melkizedeq significance.
*
They (just like ‘we’) could have known – Had they remembered Gen.18 – Had they simply remembered Gen.18 is under the Melkizedeq Priesthood. It is evident that Peter was at some point ‘converted’ and did / reflected to make that connection (along with the Melkizedeq significance of Gen.14) – Read Ex.19:5-6 compared to 1Ptr.2:9; ‘Royal/Kingly – Melek Priesthood’. And Paul did too – Read Heb.7:12 ‘change of the Priesthood’ ie The reversion back to the Original Melkizedeq Priesthood before the Covenant Transgression of Ex.32.
*
Yahshua makes it clear to Peter (and to us) that we have ‘No Part’ of this Saviour – Son of YHWH – Yahshua the Melkizedeq High Priest – Covenant Go’el Kinsmen (Family) Redeemer – Spotless Sin Sacrifice Lamb of the Most High Melek; Yahwah unless/until we submit & participate in this Melkizedeq Passover on Passover according to Torah Abib 14 & the Melkizedeq Passover ‘Footwashing’ of Gen.18. – “You have ‘No Part’ of Me” – Remember?
Note! This includes the ‘Bread & Wine’ (Gen.14) ‘Body & Blood’ ratifying the New Covenant ie Salvation itself!.
*
The only way we have any part of the Melkizedeq Priesthood of Yahshua haMeshiach – Son of the Most High YHWH – the Melkizedeq High Priest & Covenant Go`el Kinsmen Redeemer, the ‘Melek’ King of YHWH’s ‘Zedeq’ Righteousness (just like Peter) it becomes clear is thru this New Covenant Passover ‘Footwashing’ connecting thru Passover as laid out by Lev.23:5 and that laid out by Passover Ex.12 – back to the ‘Oath’ of Gen.12 and that thru the ‘Bread & Wine’; *meal* of Gen.14 and the Gen.15 Covenant and its Covenant Confirming Meal of Gen.18. And the fact that Abraham did prophesy (Gen.22) that YHWH would provide for Himself a Lamb; that included ‘Footwashing’ tying it (and more) all together. Hallelu-Yah!
*
Yahshua had to exactly fulfill everything to the smallest detail (YHWH’s Laws not Man’s remix) to be that spotless Lamb of/for YHWH; From Torah thru the New Testament (Jn.7:16) – To be that perfect Passover, All in All; Once for All; Spotless Sin Sacrifice – Melkizedeq Covenant Go`el Kinsmen Redeemer. Bringing Forward, Installing, Blood Ratifying and Confirming the Jer.31 New Covenant; at Passover. Blessed be the Name of Yahwah thru Yahshua the Melkizedeq High Priest among us (1Ptr.2:9) – May it be So – Amein

PS – You may want to copy and send this to errant teachers
*
It has come to my attention that you teach the error that Yahshua’s Passover was not a Passover even in the face of NT evidence supporting the evidence of Torah.
*
Simple do a timeline of all the factors of Ex.12 (the only Melkizedeq Passover in Torah) and compare them with the NT accounts and direct verbiage that Yahshua kept Passover according to Torah (the only Melkizedeq Passover in the NT).
*
So you have it, here’s mine – “Ex.12:29 And it came to pass, that at *midnight* (Abib 14 – Ex.12:6; 12; 14) YHWH smote all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, from the firstborn of Pharaoh that sat on his throne unto the firstborn of the captive that was in the dungeon; and all the firstborn of cattle.
**It’s not rocket science!**
(Ex.12:42; 13:3-4, Num.33:3 / Dt.16:1)”
*
Then itemize Yahshua’s last ‘meal’ (Passover – Mt.26, Mk.14, Lk.22, Jn.13, 1Cr.) according to your Ex.12 model – Agreeing that Yahshua had to fulfill YHWH’s Torah not man’s version of it.
