by Dr. Marvin Wilson, Ph.D.

Author of the book – ‘Our Father Abraham’

“…History is progressively moving toward a goal, a brilliant future, a messianic age when redemption will be totally experienced over this sin-cursed earth. As Christians, we believe in a brighter tomorrow, that the *olam hazeh*, this age, will lead eventually lead to an *olam haba*, the age to come. No matter how depressing the conditions in this world appear, we believe and we hope and we await a tomorrow when [Yahweh] will complete his work of redemption. That, to me, is good news. It is what the Hebrew prophets taught, and it is a biblical view of history…”

This statement from this website is actually pretty good – However I had to study ‘Our Father Abraham’ in Theology class. Because of my ‘church’ background coupled with my current Torah awareness; I was able to see that even though Marvin Wilson presented the ‘Jewish’ background of certain matters; he did so in ways that would protect ‘Christian’ church theology – while protecting Orthodox/Rabbinic assertions.

This then is understandable that this site would link to; HaTikvah Ministries, Port Arthur, Texas, Joseph Good, President.

Joseph Good also asserts a teaching that includes the ‘now, but not yet’ (Heb 2:8, Heb 9:8, 1Jn 3:2, Rev 17:10) concept as it relates to – olam hazeh, the present age and olam haba, the age to come; that still nonetheless tends to protect Orthodox/Rabbinic assertions that stem from a ‘Levitical Priesthood Mindset’.

Joseph Good (and others) has to down play and/or explain in another way all biblical Melkizedeq verbiage such as;

1Ptr 2:9 But ye are a chosen generation, a royal <Kingly ie Melek> priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people (Ex.19:5-6); that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:

‘ye’/you meaning all tribes. This is stated in the ‘present tense’ or ‘olam hazeh’ – signifying a Melkizedeq transition to a ‘from the future’ olam haba understanding; 2000yrs ago – And; if that is not enough; read the next verse

10 Which in *time past* were not a people, but are now the people of [Yah]: which had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy.

“time past” – since Joseph Good doesn’t deal with that; I am left to speculate – would that be ‘olam t@mowl’?

Or how ’bout?;

Heb 7:12 For the priesthood being changed, there is made of necessity a change also of the law.

For the priesthood being changed (Reverting back to Melkizedeq – v:11), there is made of necessity a change also of the law (‘also’ Reverting back to Melkizedeq law).

This is stated in the ‘past-tense’ or ‘olam t@mowl’ of the ‘future’ or olam haba being the ‘present’ or olam hazeh – 2000yrs ago

And –

Gal 3:19 ¶ Wherefore then serveth the law? It was added because of transgressions, till the seed should come to whom the promise was made (Gen.49:10);…

This is stated in the ‘past-tense’ – Confirming that ‘the seed did come’; 2000yrs ago

There is so very much more that confirms the same thing.

They would do well to factor in the present reality of that stated awareness;

“… [a] progressive moving toward a goal, a brilliant future, a messianic age…”

That is of course happening right now! In a ‘now, but not yet’ concept – Do we have the fullness ? – No! Do we anticipate the fullness ? – Yes! Do we have the initial beginning promise of ?– Yes! Are we experiencing the more as in unfolds ? – Yes!

Then there are the Jews that do not believe in or on Yahshua – everything is as it was nothing has changed – They do not see the reality of a Messiah that has already come – And many Messianic listen to and emulate these ‘blind guides’ (2Cor.3:14-15).

Do we have those that resist? Will not hear? Will not see? – Calcified (stuck) in the way it was ‘Levitical Priesthood Mindset’ status-quo? Yes! On all sides of the Judeao-Christian line.

Those that claim Yahshua but do Not embrace the reality of what He did (Keep the Melkizedeq portion of Torah and it’s Laws – Ezk.20:24-25); why He did it – Let alone what He said – In the preciseness of how He said it; have one foot in and one foot out.

They are in an incongruent stance of claiming Yahshua the Melkizedeq High Priest of the Melkizedeq New Covenant – Yet they bring forward and teach a ‘Levitical Priesthood Mindset’ of a Levitical Priesthood most of them can never be even the lowest priest of.

Every one is free to choose the Truth, an error or a lie – or any combination thereof. As for me and my house we choose the congruence of Yahshua the Melkizedeq Mediator – High Priest of the Melkizedeq Priesthood and the Original Melkizedeq Law (Jn.7:16).

Prayer Request

Prayer Request From Rabbi Matthew Nolan

From a personal email

Blessings brother,
It’s just insane to me the demonic push back that comes with this [Melkizedeq] message.

Pray for me and my family and the ministry and pray that יהוה would show Jim [Staley] too. I know he got to experience the good fruit in Rhode Island (

Additionally pray for our Puerto Rican brethren. They have been swamped with Levitical hierarchy … and are excited to be liberated by the BoC! (the Melkizedeq Book of the Covenant)

(Parenthetic inclusions mine)

Rabbi Matthew Nolan – Gets it!

He has taken much of his material from my books – ‘The Covenants of Promise’ and ‘Back to the Melchizedek Future’

He does add to this – Taking it to new dimensions of realization, connections and discovery of what it means to be in the Melkizedeq Priesthood under the Malki-Zedik. He does a Masterful presentation of the initial orientation overview of beginning awareness.
